The top eight teams in Class 3-A qualify for the Penguins Cup Playoffs.
The top five teams in each Class 2-A conference qualify for the Penguins Cup Playoffs.
The top seven teams in each Class 1-A conference qualify for the Penguins Cup Playoffs.
The top eight teams in Division II qualify for the Penguins Cup Playoffs.
