The internet has gotten quite a charge out of a six-second video clip from a Latrobe at Hempfield boys basketball game.
A clip of two brawny football lineman playing their second sport like only they can — Latrobe senior Trent Holler taking a vicious charge from Hempfield junior Fintan Brose — has gone viral.

Popular Twitter accounts such as Barstool Sports and Lineman Probs have circulated the booming bump.
Filmed by Brose’s older brother, Braden, a freshman tight end at Delaware who was visiting his alma mater, the short video has been tweeted, retweeted, showered with comments, trolled and even has started rules-interpretation conversations.
Charge? Block? Were his feet set?

“I never thought it would happen, but it’s pretty cool that it did,” Fintan Brose said.
This was “Big Fin” greeting “Big Snack” with authority.
Brose is 6-foot-3 and 280 pounds; Holler checks in at 6-3, 290.
When Brose caught the ball at the foul line, took a dribble and barreled into Holler, the crowd reacted with oohs and aahs. Holler let out a grunt as Brose’s right shoulder crashed into the opposing forward’s chest, knocking him backward and onto the floor.
“I was just trying to get around him, but he moved his feet well,” Brose said.
Holler quickly recovered, stood up and smiled.
“He hit me pretty hard, but I was good,” Holler said. “I enjoy taking charges. Sure, it might hurt, but we get the ball back.”
Holler, an East Carolina recruit, took the whole situation in stride. It’s clear the players share a mutual respect for one another.
“It doesn’t really phase me,” he said. “A lot of random people have been commenting and telling me it wasn’t a charge but some people don’t know basketball. Not gonna lie: It’s actually really cool to be on Barstool and all my friends have been joking about it.”
Latrobe won the game 58-56 after a controversial foul was called with four-tenths of a second left. Senior Alex Bisignani made a pair of free throws for the final points.
