Johnny Crise doubled up on his Robert Morris scholarship opportunities.

The Colonials’ football program offered the Highlands junior on Tuesday evening, a year after the school’s basketball program gave him his first offer.

Crise, a 6-foot-6 wide receiver, now has football offers from Football Championship Subdivision Schools Bryant, Fordham and Robert Morris. He caught 40 passes for 796 yards and 10 touchdowns as a junior.

The junior also has basketball offers from Robert Morris and USC Upstate. He averaged 16.8 points, 11.3 rebounds and 1.7 blocks this season and was named Valley News Dispatch Basketball Player of the Year.
