As we get closer to the district playoffs, the elite girls basketball teams around the state have become laser focused.
There was only one change of teams from last week’s Trib HSSN state rankings.
In Class A, Meadowbrook Christian School from District 4 lost for the first time and fell out of the top 5, replaced by undefeated Saint Joseph Catholic Academy from District 6.
Other than that, the 29 teams from a week ago remain ranked, although there was some sliding and climbing amongst those teams.
There are actually two new No. 1 teams this week.
Cardinal O’Hara is back on top in Class 6A and Delone Catholic takes over the top spot in Class 4A.
