Butler’s Ethan Morton invited to USA Basketball training camp

Rather than Butler’s blue and gold, Ethan Morton could wear some red, white and blue this summer.
The sophomore star was among 24 high school players invited to a USA Basketball training camp for the U17 World Cup team. The camp is June 15-18 at the U.S. Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs, Colo.
The roster was announced Wednesday.
From the two dozen players, 12 will be picked to compete June 26-July 8 in the FIBA U17 World Cup in Argentina.
The 6-foot-5 point guard averaged 24 points, nine rebounds and seven assists last season for Butler.
