The Oakland Catholic girls basketball team, which reached the WPIAL finals last winter, now has three players with Division 1 offers.
Sierra DeAngelo, a 6-foot-1 forward, announced offers Friday from both Central Connecticut State and Fairleigh Dickinson.
She will be a senior in the fall.
Two of her teammates already made commitments to Division 1 schools. Jayde Boyd committed to Fairleigh Dickinson in June, and Cierra Christian committed to Brown in early July. Boyd will be a senior next season and Christian will be a junior.
Oakland Catholic went 19-10 last season and reached the state quarterfinals. The team lost to Gateway, 29-27, in the WPIAL Class 5A finals.
