Jared Colton

Deer Lakes, Sr., WR/CB

The Lancers passing game was clicking last week in the rout of Uniontown, and Colton was a big part of the output in the 47-14 victory. He finished with eight catches for 102 yards and two touchdowns. He hopes to make an impact again Friday as Deer Lakes goes for two in a row at home against Yough.

Dylan Cook

Leechburg, So., QB/DB

The signal caller is a part of a youthful Blue Devils team hoping to snap a two-game losing skid when it tangles with conference foe Greensburg Central Catholic on Friday. Cook had a couple of big throws last week against Rochester, including a fourth-quarter toss that helped set up Leechburg’s lone score of the game.

Luke Kastelic

Burrell, Sr., RB/LB

The Bucs host Uniontown on Friday, and the veteran who plays on both sides of the ball hopes to help get them in the win column for the first time this season. Kastelic has a team-best four touchdowns through three games and also has 224 rushing yards. He tallied one of Burrell’s two rushing scores last week against Elizabeth Forward and also had 88 yards and three scores against Valley in Week Zero.

Cam Taylor

Highlands, Sr., RB/LB

The Golden Rams’ passing game has put up big numbers this year, but the 235-pound bruising running back also hopes to be a factor this week against Knoch. Taylor leads the team in rushing attempts through three weeks, and he scored both touchdowns and finished with 80 yards on 15 attempts last week against Blackhawk.
