The lightest Saturday high school football schedule in the WPIAL turned out to be the final Saturday of high school football in the WPIAL. A lawyer working at a firm in California happened to be a huge Texas Rangers fan. A great weekend of college football around the area. This week saw a long division winning streak come to an end as well as the third ranked team in Divsion II go down to defeat. Another national power was taken to overtime in Division III and history was made in New Wilmington with the first ever game under the lights.
