Colgate football adds another recruit from Mt. Lebanon

Mt. Lebanon senior Evan Jones, an all-conference running back for the Blue Devils, announced his commitment Sunday to Colgate.
Jones is the second Mt. Lebanon recruit in three years to pick the Raiders.
The 6-foot-2, 210-pound senior led the Blue Devils with 17 touchdowns while playing various positions last fall, including quarterback, wide receiver and linebacker. Jones led the team in both carries and receptions.
Colgate went 4-8 last season, 3-3 in the Patriot League under sixth-year coach Dan Hunt. The Raiders won the conference title in 2018, ‘17 and ‘15.
Mt. Lebanon defensive lineman Coleman Coco, a sophomore last fall, joined Colgate in 2018.
