PIAA Football Championship Recaps
The Clairton Bears went home Friday afternoon with ANOTHER PIAA championship, the third consecutive. But the Bears were the lone representative for the 2011 championships. It's only the second time in state playoff history and the first in over twenty years with only one WPIAL team on the field at Hersheypark Stadium.

The Clairton Bears made history at Hersheypark Stadium, claiming their third consecutive PIAA title with a 35-19 victory over the Southern Columbia Tigers in the Class A Championship Game.
