There are 126 schools in the WPIAL that field a high school football team. While a majority still begin at 7:30pm, 38 of them now kickoff their home games at 7:00pm, including the enire Class AAA Keystone Conference. Two WPIAL baseball teams head into the Quarterfinals with undefeated records. Considering the past, it would be highly unusual if one of them wins the WPIAL title. Norwin is 17-0 and plays in the Class AAAA Quarterfinals Monday against Bethel Park.
