2010 Terrific 21 Girls Volleyball Class A All-Star Team

The "Terrific 21" Class A Girls Volleyball Player-Of-The-Year and the All-Star Team were selected by the voting of member coaches and Jonathan Whaley, the Creator of the "Terrific 21" Girls Volleyball Program on the MSA Sports Network. The 14 person team is composed of five seniors, six juniors and three sophomores.

Peters Twp, Hampton and Seton-LaSalle Win 2010 WPIAL Boys Soccer Titles

Both Seton-LaSalle in Class A and Hampton in Class AA enjoyed dominating victories while it took Peters Township two overtimes to win the Class AAA thriller, the Indians second title in three years. Even Up, Seton-LaSalle Continues Trend of Even Year WPIAL Boys Soccer Runs With Win Over GCC

At Elizabeth Forward High School in Boys WPIAL A Soccer finals the Seton-LaSalle Rebels won in dominant fashion over the Greensburg Central Catholic Centurions 3-0. The win is the fourth boys soccer title for the Rebels, with their other championships coming in 2002, 2006 and 2008.

When it comes to records, maybe its time to stop thinking about Rushel Shell in a WPIAL sense. Maybe its time to look at the entire state. Shell, Hopewells wonderful junior running back, ran for 193 yards against West Allegheny in a 34-31 overtime win last night. That gave him 6,358 yards for his career.
